Most harness problems are not soldering problems — they are dimension, routing and strain-relief problems that only appear at final assembly. We review the harness drawing against the enclosure it has to live in before anything is cut.
From a two-wire jumper to a full panel loom with hundreds of circuits, the build runs on a formboard against a controlled drawing, with crimp height monitored and every assembly continuity- and hipot-tested before it is packed.
